For the past three decades, NIJC has been bringing a comprehensive approach to advancing immigrant rights and creating humane immigration laws -- providing life-changing legal services to immigrants and refugees, fighting against unjust policies and practices through litigation, and advocating with elected officials to protect immigrants in our communities.

This year, we provided legal services to more than 13,000 immigrants, asylum seekers, and children. We sued ICE and filed lawsuits seeking justice for families who were separated at the border. Join us to do even more in 2020.
